RETURNS & REFUNDS

 Tracy Keith Art does not offer returns or refunds solely for change of mind.

 If an artwork arrives damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, please contact the studio as soon as possible.

 For transit damage, please contact us within 48 hours where reasonably possible and provide photographs of the artwork and packaging. This timeframe does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 Where required by law, an appropriate repair, replacement, refund or other remedy will be provided.

For original artwork purchases, collectors are welcome to request additional photographs or information before ordering.
